What Will My Bookkeeping Cost?

MONTHLY BOOKKEEPING
Tell me about your monthly activity.
Your estimate is customized using both transaction volume and the number of accounts requiring reconciliation. The monthly minimum is $300.
QUICKBOOKS ONLINE
Do you already have QuickBooks Online?
Essentials is shown as the default because it supports bill management, time tracking, and multiple users. The best plan will be confirmed after reviewing your business needs.
QuickBooks Online is third-party software. The estimated standard monthly subscription is included in the total when selected and may change if Intuit changes its pricing.
GET CURRENT
Do your books need cleanup or catch-up work?
Behind, but mostly organized: Transactions are generally entered correctly, but one or more accounts need reconciliation.
Cleanup needed: Errors, duplicates, missing transactions, or incorrect reconciliations are present.
Significant reconstruction: Records are incomplete, prior periods may need to be rebuilt, or multiple years are affected.
Your initial investment will be listed as “Review Required.” A diagnostic review will determine whether cleanup is needed and provide a firm quote.
